Between late May and early June Fumaiolo organised tasting events at supermarkets in Central Italy.
We offered our customers pasta and flatbread: an opportunity to try some delicious tasters but also for us to be in touch with our consumers and collect feedback and recommendations.
“These tasting events help us advertise our brand, but, more than anything else, are an opportunity to test the market”, says Alessandro Caminati, director of Fumaiolo. “Our pasta are free from artificial flavors, freeze-dried ingredients or preservatives. Our ingredients are all natural: we use Italian flour, we do not use genetically modified organisms and our filled pasta is made with Grana Padano cheese, fresh ricotta and quality meat”.
In simple words, our herb tortelly use spinach and our gnocchi are made with potatoes. Even the flatbread, a product that is typical of Romagna, is increasingly appreciated and demanded outside its region.
