100% Italian ingredients

Only selected Italian ingredients are used in the pasta factory.
For the pasta, Fumaiolo chooses the best Emilia Romagna flour and local eggs from free-range hens. For the gnocchi dough and fillings, real potatoes are required, not flakes or freeze-dried. Fillings include cheeses from local dairies, fresh spinach and fine meats.
All production steps are then carefully checked to ensure that processing does not compromise the quality of the raw materials, and to ensure compliance with dough resting times.


Fumaiolo strongly believes in the quality and authenticity of its products, which is why from the very beginning it has chosen to use transparent packaging, which shows the entire content. The labels give a detailed description of all the ingredients used and the nutritional information, for a clear and complete shopping experience.

No preservatives, only the cold

Fumaiolo products are natural and genuine. The company has chosen to use the cold as the only method of preservation, without adding any chemical ingredients to its recipes.
Freezing is at the origin of all the different forms of fresh pasta, tortelli sulla lastra and ragù and preservation of piadinas in cold storage, guaranteeing Fumaiolo products the freshness that represents the added value of the whole range.
